Sneha Wagh Embarks on a Spiritual Journey with Family
Their journey led them to the temples of Gujarat, with Dwarka holding a special place in their hearts.
Sneha Wagh recently wrapped up her role as Protima in her television show, but the timing couldn't have been more perfect. With a newfound window of opportunity, she embarked on a spiritual trip with her family, turning a potential obstacle into a beautiful blessing.
"After my father passed away, my mom hadn't been anywhere," Sneha shared. "I was planning a trip for her with my sister and aunt, but my commitments to 'Neerja' were uncertain. I wasn't sure I'd get such a long break, especially not being one of the main characters. But somehow, everything aligned perfectly."
Their journey led them to the temples of Gujarat, with Dwarka holding a special place in their hearts. "Dwarka is usually scorching year-round," Sneha explained, "but surprisingly, it was pleasantly cool during our visit. It's at the tip of our country, near Pakistan, and we even explored the charming island of Bet Dwarka, surrounded by the sea and breathtaking scenery."
Dwarka's significance extends beyond its beauty. "It's one of the Chardhams, and we traced the life cycle of Lord Krishna, his stories woven into the fabric of our mythology," Sneha continued. "Somnath and Nageshwar Jyotirling were nearby, making it the perfect spiritual destination."
The trip wasn't solely about temples. Sneha immersed herself in local culture, savoring traditional Gujarati breakfasts like fafda-jalebi and indulging in the region's delectable cuisine. Shopping sprees with her family added a touch of joy, with dupattas, sarees adorned with Bandhani and mirror work, and countless trinkets finding their way home.
"I bought a few things," Sneha chuckled, "but my mom, sister, and aunt did most of the shopping. I was happy just watching their excitement!"
Sneha Wagh's spiritual journey with her family serves as a reminder that blessings can come in unexpected forms. It's a story of resilience, family, and the joy of rediscovering oneself amidst the beauty of faith and tradition.
